On Tuesday, January 10th, 2012, the Saanich Chief Constable Mike Chadwick, recognized a local resident Mr. Robert Turner, for his heroic actions on December 19th, 2010. Robert was recognized for doing timely first-aid on a stabbing victim that likely saves his life according to doctors.
