Last evening, Randy George Scott the subject of an outstanding Saanich warrant, was arrested. Scott turned himself in just after 7pm to the Kelowna RCMP headquarters without incident.
The warrant was in relation to a video posted on YouTube of a motorcycle traveling at over 300kmh on the Trans-Canada highway.
Scott remains in police custody and will appear today at some point in Kelowna Provincial court. Investigators are working with the Kelowna RCMP and Victoria and Kelowna Crown Counsel.
