The Saanich Police and the Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association have teamed up to clean up all the graffiti in the Quadra Cedar Hill area of Saanich.
Where: Playfair Park on Rock St, Saanich BC (free parking)
Date: Saturday, May 9th
Time: 11a.m. to 1p.m.
We are looking for volunteers to come out to assist with this community initiative by helping to rid our community of graffiti. By cleaning up the neighbourhood we hope to make it look better, increase awareness about the effects of graffiti, increase property values, increase the overall aesthetic of a neighborhood, and create feelings of public safety.
We supply all the water and paint supplies necessary to make this project a success. We only need volunteers that are willing to help, and who don’t mind wearing clothes that can get paint on them.
We need your help to maintain the beauty of Saanich!
