The Saanich Police would like the general public to be aware of an injured black bear roaming the area of Viaduct in Saanich West. The bear does not appear afraid of people or dogs. The Saanich Pound and BC Conservation Officers have been notified. You are requested to contact the Saanich Police Department at 250-475-4321 if you see the bear.
