The Saanich Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two identical female twins that both suffer from dementia and muscular dystrophy. They are both shy, have limited verbal capabilities and were last seen together today at 1245 pm at Tuscany Village at Mckenzie Avenue and Shelbourne Street.
Jackie Wilson and Valerie Nolin are described as Caucasian, 54 years old, 5’4″, dark hair and both walk with a distinct hunch. They were both wearing large black sunglasses. Jackie was wearing a black coat, black pants and white shoes while Valerie was wearing a light purple coat, blue jeans and white shoes.
