Broadmead Liquor Store Attacked

Thieves attacked the BC Liquor store at Broadmead Plaza Sunday evening taking several bottles of booze.

At about 11:30pm on Sunday evening, August 28th, the BC Liquor Store at Broadmead plaza was attacked. Two thieves forced the front doors and entered the store.

The alarm was activated and Saanich Police Patrol and Canine officers attended the scene. The suspects who left the store on foot were tracked by the police canine but managed to escape.

Both suspects entered the stare and took:

• 6 bottles of Captain Morgan spiced rum

• 7 bottles of Grand Marnier

Descriptions:

Suspect #1: white male, short dark hair, clean shaven, ap 20yrs old, dark ski mask, dark coloured winter coat, jeans black shoes, black back pack

Suspect #2: white male, short dark hair, 20years, black ski mask, white t-shirt with red logo on front and back, black knee length shorts, black running shoes with white trim, black back pack, sleeve tattoos on left fore arm.
