Come see Saanich Police’ very own version of Billy Idol (aka: Kevin Nunn) pull a BMW Mini around UVIC Ring Road twelve times. The total distance is a half marathon!
Kevin Nunn, the Saanich Police Quartermaster, possesses super human strength and willpower (and has legs like tree stumps!?). To prep for this year’s venture he has been practicing by pulling a weighted sled up and down Mt. Doug.
Help support Kevin’s goal to raise $25000.00 in support of childhood cancer. All monies raised will be donated to the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock.
There will be a BBQ on site serving some lunch fare all in support of Kevin’s fund raising efforts. So join as at the UVIC Student Union complex.
