Information was provided to Police that a 31 year old Saanich man arrived at the Royal Jubilee Hospital with a non life threatening gunshot wound. Saanich Police Detectives are actively looking into this report which led them to a house on Quadra St. as part of their investigation. Detectives are still in the early stages of the investigation and are looking to interview other individuals who may have information about the incident.
This does not appear to be a random incident and Saanich Police feel there is no threat to the general public.
